Thankful Thursday

Thursday, October 29, 2020

Radiation treatment was yesterday and the Doctor was impressed with Hubby, The treatment went smoothly. Hubby told him it was his first rodeo with radiation. The weight limit that he can lift has increased from 5 pounds to 30. Woo Hoo!!! Still really trying not to stress eat hopefully Hubby's good news will help with that since a huge amount of stress has been lifted.
However middle son has been home for a few days with intestinal issues.(lots of laundry). BRAT diet not working so I had a call with doc, thinks it may be a virus. Like we don't have enough sh*t to deal with. Oh well. It is, what it is and it could be much worse. So I count my blessings. I felt bad for middle son being on the BRAT diet, while we still can eat normally. He has lost three pounds. Hopefully the virus ends soon.

Wishing you all stay healthy and safe,

❤️ Grateful -
Good news from The Radiation Oncologist.
There is a roof over my head.
