Getting Back on Track Again

How do I get back to making progress again?

I could record everything I eat - everything that goes into my mouth -
along with a calorie count for each separate food.

I could decide to eat only nutritious food
that provides my body with the necessary building blocks.

I could begin a strenuous exercise program
that builds muscles and burns calories.

Or I could just take a walk every day,
limit sugar and packaged food,
and eat smaller portions of everything.

And most important ....
I need to tell myself NO
and not give in to those moments
of weakness and temptation,
that often come at day's end.

It only takes one week
to feel the benefits...
...and then it ALL gets easier!
