I happened to be listening to my local radio station last night and heard Robbie Williams talking to people who've made a difference during the pandemic. And this morning, it was repeated - and I listened to it all again.

Amongst what he says, he talks about how food memories represent love, and how he turns to those remembered foods when he's feeling vulnerable (about 9 mins into the program)
