Progress – Shooting Stars Week One

While the scale seemed to be stuck at this morning’s weigh-in, I feel Week One of the Winter 5% challenge has been a success.
I made healthy choices with my eating, choosing fruit and healthy muffins instead of sweets.
I made some new vegan recipes, and I liked them so will be adding them to my recipes to re-use.
I went to yoga two days, got in several nice walks, tried the elliptical and pilates. I had a massage and a restorative yoga/healing touch class.
I restarted my Lifestyle and Nutrition class for support in my transition to a WFPB way of eating. I also took some online webinars for information and motivation.
So, I believe the week was successful because I am instilling some healthy habits.
