First time since March!!

I went to my local park to walk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

See? When I have to go out of the house just to walk I won't. My son has been working from home since mid March so the only time I went out of the house was for groceries in mid afternoon. He's started back today and has to be at work by 9 so I drop him off and then go over to the park - it's a better schedule (if you will) for me.

A bit nippy but it wasn't too bad - wore a scarf that was long enough to double as a mask if needed and yes there were 2 people I encountered both wearing one (geez - it's not like I'm up close and personal lol)

Quiet - birds aren't happy either that it's overcast (we've only had 4 days of sun since mid December I think but January has always been an overcast month.

I just went up over the bridge and around the tennis courts and then down past the gazebo and then 2 times around a dark scary place as my girlfriend would call it but it really isn't - just a walkway through a lot of trees on either side .  Second time around that "scary place" I detected an odor of PePe Le Pew when I was coming back on the side of the apartments that wasn't there when I was walking on the stream side - also got a burn on my calfs (exercise burn not heat burn) which meant I was doing good for speed

All in all a good walk - think maybe I'll do this tomorrow
