Take the Challenges!

Do you take time each morning to take a Spark Challenge? I do, and they have changed me. I start my day by looking at what I need to do, and then I check them off as completed. It takes about 5 minutes of my day. By taking the time to commit to the challenges, I have been able to lower keep Type 2 Diabetes under control. Yes, I do take medication, but I am happy to say that I am moving in the right direction.
Daily challenges work into meeting monthly goals. My life is better because of the 5 minutes that I spend on reminding myself and working to meet the challenges.
