My M.R.I.

Thursday we went to Birmingham, passed 2 wrecks, the 3rd one had us stopped on a bridge
for over an hour....then the Open MRI....the technician was super nice, talked to me about what to expect, added pillows where needed to make me as comfy as possible, since I could not move for 30 minutes....he did discuss why I had claustrophobia and also the injuries that
caused my back n hip to be so messed up.
Basically, you stand on a little platform, then the platform you are leaning on, gently leans back.
You can see in front of you, see a tv, most of the time I looked at the ceiling, thought about what time it was....lol......no clocks...........
So I happened to glance at the tv, and saw the time on the east coast so I knew what time it was and was able to hang on. I am simply too claustrophobic to go in a regular MRI...then of course it was almost dark when we got out, went thru rush hour traffic to get home, in the
rain, passed 2 more wrecks.
We made it safe n sound, thank you Lord. Today we went and met our new primary care dr.
We both really liked her, she is very thorough and friendly....Accomplished a lot in 2 days....
now Monday will see the orthopedist and get his input on what we can do to fix me.
Blessings on each of you who prayed, and send kind messages....you guys know all my friends live in my computer...
