weekly recap 1/17 - 1/23

This week, I had some difficulty and just had to take a step back.. Here is the overall summary

1. Gratitude Journal -- everyday -- done
2. Work on art at least twice per week. -- done
3. Bike goal - biked some.. I am thinking about making an adjustment to that goal.
4 Morning workout for work days this week was hard to get cardio in. I was up... I just haven't been feeling that great. It was a much lighter week than usual... I also took off most of this week including this weekend to regroup.. While I did get in some light activity everyday, I really wanted to get in that cardio... I plan to start back on Tuesday.
5. Weight Loss -- at least 5 lbs for the month. -- end of the month
6. Try two new recipes for the month. done

I made a thank you card out of once of the exercises from my art class. My lettering skills needs more improvement and I need a better camera phone.. lol... this seems kind of blurry.. I'd take another picture, but I sent this to my dad.
