January accomplishments and February goals

We're asked to blog about our progress this past month and our goals for this month:

Today's Weight = 169.4

In the last month, I have:

1) Gone up and down 3 pounds during the month of January.
2) Reached my daily step goal of 10,000 steps 31 out of 31 days.
3) Reached daily exercise goal of 90 - 120 minutes days 31 out of 31 days.


February Goals:

1) Exercise 90 -120 minutes per day (cardio, strength, stretching).
2) Daily Steps 10,000 per day.
3) Lose 2.5 pounds this month.
