I wanted to pass this along but at the bottom I am going to give some "be aware" cautions.
There is a wearable challenge team (using LevelsHealth) run by the creator of Kettle & Fire bone broth and bone broth soups. You do need a smartphone to do this challenge.
This is a 28 day challenge that starts Feb 19th but they need time to mail you supplies (only in the United States for now). There have been several rounds of these challenges, but from what I have seen the price has gone up each time.
The challenge users the LevelsHealth program (CGM sensors to measure your blood sugar regularly) and include a support group, some tips/pointers to keep your blood sugar in range, etc.
The LevelsHealth program normally sells for $399 for the first month ($199 every month afterwards).

Basic info for the wearable challenge:

At the same time pay $700 for a wager. At the end of the challenge, you get $25 of this wager back for every day that you:
-- Stay below 120 (a few exceptions to this like an exercise induced spike and things are a little looser the first couple days to give you time to learn about your reactions to food)
-- Show the full 24 hours of data (e.g. scan your sensors regularly, they lose data after 8 hours if you haven't)
-- Document what you ate and your exercise in the Levels program (this maybe a picture taken or maybe entering a couple of words, I am not exactly sure.
The idea, the money you wager up front pushes to you work very hard to reach your blood sugar goals.
Be prepared to work very hard to get all your $700 back and be prepared you might not make it every day no matter how hard you work.

Note: "be aware" cautions:
You could lose your entire wager (the $700 on top of the challenge cost).
Unless you already know what your blood sugar does (how it reacts to things) you could lose a lot of your wager money.
Even if you eat Keto/do IF, or your fasting blood sugar is low, expect you will get not get all your wager money back as surprises happen and might get some unexpected spikes. However, the lower your regular blood sugar sits the less likely any spikes will take you over 120.
There are non-food issues that can create a spike - being physically hot, stress, not enough quality sleep, etc.
Some people are really motivated by a challenge like this - work hard to get that money back along with a group of likewise motivated people - and if that sounds like you, this might be a good fit for you.
