If you don’t have a seat at the table, bring a folding chair!

The answer is in the solution, never the problem.

It is what you CAN do that matters. Forget CAN’T because it is off the table.

A negative mind will never yield positive results.

So how do you bring about a positive mindset. There is science behind it. I am now a certified positivity Coach as well as a certified master coach and wellness coach specialist! 😁. I learned in classes that we are programmed naturally to seek negative data to avoid danger. So we naturally view things from a negative perspective. This carves neural pathways in the brain. The more we use those negative neural pathways, the deeper they get, more engraved.

The same happens when we use positive neural pathways, but we have to create those. Since we are wired to be negative, we need to reverse our negative thought patterns by thinking a positive and building that neural pathway.

Examples:

Negative- I shouldn’t eat candy.
Positive+ I should eat healthy.

Negative- I am lazy
Positive+ I will do more or I do what I can.

Negative- I am fat.
Positive+ I am in the progress of change.

Negative- I hate my body and will make it submit.
Positive+ I will love my body into wellness.
