03/01/21 = Day 7 on LC.... REDUCING CARBS FURTHER .....

Today is a DEEPER FOCUS on reducing carb intake... taking a CLOSER TRACKING of carbs
6am = began to sip on 16 oz bottle of water.. tracking water too.
6am = cough liq. med and A & D ointment in nose due to dryness of the fan running and heat
8am = STILL have to take my meds.. not done yet as some require FOOD while taking.
Walmart to go grocery shopping to buy REAL sargento cheese and precooked bacon, etc.

Velvetta Cheese PRODUCT has 3 carbs

Sargento REAL cheese has zero carbs
went grocery shopping today....
what I enjoy about KETO is that the grocery list is SHORT! lol
YEP today was the day to buy REAL Cheese with ZERO carbs

I like to shop in bulk
Lesson I learned today 03/01/2021
do NOT cook eggs in bacon fat

it was ummm gross and TASTELESS!
I even added REAL cheese to increase the flavor... to NO avail as the cheese flavor seemed to disappear in the bacon fat.
such a waste of food... had to discard it.
My taste buds loveeeeeeeeeeeeeee the taste of BUTTER, now that I learned I can HAVE BUTTER in my life thanks to LC
