201.4 missed strength training... Walked with MAC........ AF day begin third month

was looking at weight graphs from July 2014- Sept 2014 to see the last time I was this weight and why I didn't sustain. I missed daily weigh ins and went on vacation and ate like I was on vacation and drank new brews etc.

Great walk with my wife I had not done this quarry in years and she had never walked the route at all. I was surprised. It was cold and had undulating hills. It wiped both of us out when we returned I fell asleep and did no strength training nor balance work at all. Crashed for about 4 hours.

    Well, sounds like you made a very wise call in foregoing the strength training and balance work. Sounds like the quarry walk was energetically demanding given the 4 hour crash that followed.
