Two days on and I am losing small amounts of weight- not as much as I would want, but at least we are going in the right direction! Hoping for a better result next week.

Hello all, and welcome to my 2020 journey!
Been a long time coming to get back to any semblance of normal- septic shock really does take it out of you...it's a long road back, but it can be done!
looking forward to cataloging my progress here and reaching at least some of my goals in 2020!
