Every day we learn something new or try something new, etc.... It's amazing how "new" is such a constant thing in our lives, but yet often times we don't realize it. I started a new diet (Keto) this week. I have tried it before to see if I would like it and I did, so here we are. I learned yesterday that the high cholesterol isn't going to work for me so now I'm going to cut back on that in the diet. I already have a heart issue on top of Type 3 diabetes, and on high blood pressure and high cholesterol meds, so more cholesterol isn't what I want. Again something new.
