Hi there Danielle,

I *didn't sign up for the January Jumpstart (b/c those strength training videos didn't really appeal to me) but I'm doing my own version: running 4x a week + a strength training class at my local gym. I'd love to have a fitness buddy!

I totally understand. I think that it's better to set yourself up for success, by signing up for something that's as realistic as it is challenging, than to overextend and/or feel guilty for not fulfilling your many obligations.

If you change your mind, or decide on an amended version of the workout challenge, let me know!

I was thinking about it, but am not sure that I can join that. My health has been not very great and so I think that I am not ready for that level of exercise requirement. However, I think it is a good idea and hope that you are able to do well in that challenge!

Hi folks,

Is anyone else signing on to the January Jumpstart Workout Challenge? I just took the leap and, given the special challenge of combining a daily workout schedule with a (hopefully) daily dissertation schedule, I am looking for some mutual support. Anyone want to buddy up for some grad-to-grad accountability? Let me know if you'd like to be my long distance workout buddy!
