1. Do a Minimum of 10 minutes of Fitness Exercise DAILY and Check-In with 4 Peas in a Pod DAILY!!
2. Continues Healthy eating Habits, this includes eating 5 Fresh Fruits and Vegetables DAILY.
3. Drink 8 glasses of Water Daily
4. Continue Strength Training
5. Lose 31 pounds

I drank all my water today! I know it's not a huge thing but for me it is. I don't drink enough and I know it's a problem.. Now I need to remember that I still need to drink water today and not stop because I met my goal.
