It is time for an update.


I am one week in to my bike challenge and need to get 200 miles, i want to get over 200. I need a little over 30 miles per week.

I only have 12 miles left!

I am also doing a fast WT routine every day. I have been skipping my WT so I wanted something to add in. I am two days in, so I want to keep that up in June.

I have one more day to go to complete my goal!

Hi.

Update: Still around the 245 mark. Also, I'm having caffeine issues again.

I drank so much coffee last night and this morning that I'm still a bit sick as of 7:04 pm. I need to drink only 2 cups of coffee, and NO soda, for one week.

Also having OCD issues.

So:
Exercise half an hour per day five days a week. (Yes yesterday, no today.)

LIMIT 2 cups coffee/day. OR one large one.

Stop my most problematic OCD habit.

June is right around the corner, what are you goals and ambitions?

For me I am focusing on physical activity.
