My March wrap up:

1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day. Did a good job with this.

2. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies per day. This was hard with grocery shopping limited. Did about 4 a day.

3. Make time for myself each day. Did a great job with this. Dd and I started a puzzle yesterday and I'm doing crossword puzzles, reading, and cross stitching regularly. Also, I've worked out almost every day.

4. 900 minutes of exercise this month. Over 1100.

I'm also down 2 lbs. Between the exercise and anxiety lowering my appetite, the weight is coming off.

March wrap up for me

1) 10,000 steps a day.

I did really well here. Isolation at the end really help with having time to walk around, or even just pace in the house.

2) Eat a fruit and a veggie everyday. This will take some pre-planning.

More yes than no. But not everyday. Harder with the grocery situations and not shopping very often.

3) When home, plank daily

Again more yes than no. Not always plank (yesterday was crunches) but the spirit of the plan was there. Got better by the end of the month when I was stuck in the house daily

4) Learn guitar by practicing at least 10 minutes when home

Started an online course, so not daily, not more directed.

5) Enjoy trips!
Did what we could and then got home to shelter in place. Canceled the rest

Thanks for checking in team! Good job.

As for me:

I have travel this month (both flight and vehicle) so my goals need to be realistic and easy to remember :).

1) 10,000 steps a day.

DONE!

4) Learn guitar by practicing at least 10 minutes when home

Kinda complaint, most yes than not.

5) Enjoy trips!
The last one was kinda stressful as that is when everything started going nuts and locking down. DH and I decided at the last minute to pack up and head home in case an order to shelter in place hit any of the cities we might need to travel through. Exciting times.

Jeff--thanks for the check in. Great job on your weight!

I'm doing pretty well with all goals, except #2. I need to eat some more veggies, but I'm up to at least 4 per day, so better than the 3 I was at. Between Spring Break (currently in, but staying at home) and everything shutting down for COVID-19, I have more time for myself and for exercise. I've been good about drinking water. In fact, there have been a few times I've thought of drinking alcohol and reached for water instead. Needed to stay hydrated. Clothes are fitting better, though the scale hasn't moved.

Goals (3) and (4) I'm achieving.

Goals (1) and (2) need some work.

How is everyone doing at the midpoint of March?

PS I'll set my goal for today, to exercise before I get a shower.

In fact, I'll set it to exercise in half an hour. (I just had a snack, lol!)

Oh, and I was down below 238 lb today. I've been hovering 237 - 241. :-)

Jeff

This wasn't a goal, but I walked over 8,000 steps yesterday for the first time in weeks!

Last month was a bust, so this month I'm going to try and be realistic:

1. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.

2. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies per day.

3. Make time for myself each day.

4. 900 minutes of exercise this month.
