Gotcha. I added the two :). I like the scoring. I actually have a daily color coded chart I use for each day. It has a few simple things that I track since I don't like being wordy and it is super visual (easy to look at, or if needed, show a doctor - since i track my migraines). It covers a whole year on a single piece of paper with room to spare. I think that piece of paper has caused more weight training and anything else I have tried, just because I get to add a purple triangle to the daily box.
