It's been a gorgeous morning in SE Michigan! I walked over 7,000 steps to and through the park in my neighborhood. A woman lapped me 3 times on the circuit and I thought: "Hey! Someday that will be ME!" My SparkPeople Activity Tracker has transformed me!

Yesterday did 32min of exercises on the Wii including 10mins of free run and 6 of Super Hula Hoop; 9 holes of golf and Bowling(both the Wii)

I worked out with my personal trainer today. I have just very recently joined a Gym and they have created a 3 day work out schedule for me. Today I worked on day 3 for the second time. All of this is really new to me. I've never been much of a Gym person. I am doing a rotation of a every other day full body weight training and then 20 minutes of cardiovascular training today I did a total of an hour and 10 minute work out. The toughest part is making my self go into the Gym when the trainer is not scheduled to meet with me. Jane
