If you're on any kind of beta blocker or heart meds, consult your doctor. Going for a higher heart rate may not be the best choice. Check first. Report
I retired and started playing pickleball using most of the directives above. I was able to loose 45 lbs where I had tried for 30 years to loose the weight. Seniors can gain so much by being active and do a lot of bending and twisting. If you do usually you will be able to keep that way. Report
