(Forgot to mention I add 1/2 tablespoon of matcha to the vanilla smoothie too!) It's GREAT! Report
I sometimes mix 1/2 tablespoon of matcha in my V8 "mocktail" that also has lemon and lime juices, greens powder, oil of oregano, apple cider vinegar, cayenne, ginger and whatever else I feel like "throwing in". I blend it with about 6 oz. low sodium-V8 and 8 oz. water and ice. It's really good! I also like to make a smoothie using a cup of protein-fortified, unsweetened almond milk (Orgain), 1/2 cup unsweetened oat milk, 1/2 cup water, a few ice cubes, 1/2 a banana, a tablespoon of fiber powder (acacia), 1/2 tablespoon of wheat germ oil, a couple of drops of liquid sucralose and some vanilla extract.
