I love Matcha. I put a tbls of Matcha, 2 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp ginger, and 2 tsp of Ceylon cinnamon in 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Excellent healthy concoction Report
Remember that if a food/drink , especially teas, are being used for its health/healing benefits, it must be organic. Processing destroys those properties. Also, sugar is sugar, organic or not! Try the teas as they are for awhile before starting to add sweetness. Report
