Welcome friends! Do you enjoy the meal plans like I do? Now I don't have to design my own diet. My Fitness tracker gives me choices of the easiest exercise plans ever.

Favorite things: bed-and-breakfasts, flip-flops, oysters, adorable boutiques, cozy dining nooks.

Never do I splurge with foods or money, push myself to overdo work or play, am serious about steadily getting to my goals without rushing.

January 8, 2021 was my starting date on this account and I wrote:
Being snowed in I thought I'd find some new ideas for improving myself this year. I'll find the team I was on and renew friendships there and on challenges. I'm thankful for living in Singleblessedness and having a big extended family.

long term goal is to keep doing week 4's assignments

3,500 calories = 1 pound of weight
workouts that burn 3,500 calories each week : 583.33 calories burned on each of 6 days a week

walk/jog 20 min. / 164 calories burned
jumping rope slowly 15 min. / 206 calories burned
warm-up and cool-down yoga stretching 20 min. / 67 calories burned
