Ever know you need to make changes in your life, you know EXACTLY what you need to do but you just can't seem to do it? Well, that's where I am now. Need to get to a healthy weight but can't seem to stay consistent. I'm a single mom of a very involved teen and I have a very busy schedule as well. Sometimes I'm too tired to exercise or cook a healthy meal. UGH. I have done it before but life gets in the way. I can't seem to get back where I was. I was really accepting a good lifestyle change, exercising regularly, feeling good, strong. I WAS DOING IT! My blood pressure was the best it's been in my life!! I had so much energy, my doctor was so proud of what I had accomplished. Why isn't that motivation enough. Well, I joined this site to find my motivation and get back on the right path. I did it once, i can do it again.
3/6/19 - this is still true today. However, I can't keep doing the same thing over and over and expect different results. So this time I am doing it all thru prayer with God's help. If He is for me nothing can stand against me! There is no way I will fail this time.
10/30/19 - well, I didn't give up and i didn't quit. I just wasn't consistent. As usual, life gets in the way. Well, I've been steady but not great. Eating habits have to change. I'm not giving up. 20lbs to go!

My Goals:
eat healthier and get down to a healthier weight. I would like to lose 20-30 lbs.

My Program:
gotta get my eating under control first. reducing carbs, gotta work on breaking the sugar habit. I have been good with the exercise.

Personal Information:
Single mom doing all that I can to keep me healthy and set a good example for my daughter.

    Wow. Good for you. Our lives are comparable. I'm 43, computer tech with furbabies too. I am limited on exercise due to a severe ankle injury involving plates and screws. Good luck and looking forward to staying in each other's cheering section.
