Someone made the statement today that I must like being a grandma. YES I DO! I have four beautiful little grandsons and two darling granddaughters. I love spending time with my kids and their kids. I want to do the very best I can to be around for them for many years.

My Goals:
Run the Grand Canyon Half Marathon in May and another sprint triathlon this coming summer.

Weight Goals 2016
January 31...174

March 31...168...163!!!Thank you 90 Day Challenge!!!!

My Program:
I think it is most important to do two things to reach my weight loss goals.
1) to log in my daily calories and stay between 1200-1500
2) to exercise 5-6 times per week for at least 1/2 hour each day

Personal Information:
I have been a church secretary for a total of 23 years now and enjoy serving the Lord in our local church.

I love to get the chance to take my kayak out on our local lakes. And I also like to run half marathons last summer completing my first sprint triathlon.

Other Information:
