I have been around the dieting block a few times, but can't seem to get anywhere I want to go. Frustration sets in and then I give up. Well, I can't give up any longer. It's time to make a change and stick to it even though it's going to be long and hard. I've hard it called a life-style change and maybe it is time to change my whole life because nothing seems to work how I want it to with the way I am doing things currently. I am somewhere over 300 pounds, but I haven't been willing to jump on a scale. I wear the largest plus size clothes they make and if I don't make some changes then I will probably have to start wearing tarps. I haven't been able to find a job. Oh I have been getting interviews, but somehow one I am interviewed they don't want to hire me because I am overweight with a disability and walk with a cane. I think my luck would change if I was in better shape. I want my outsides to reflect my insides and right now that s not the case. I need help. I need motivation. I need support to get me through the long haul. I' ve quit drinking, drugs, and cigarettes, which were all easier than losing weight. Challenge accepted 2015. It's time to finally get healthy.

My Goals:
I have a lot of weight to loose. At least 150, possibly more. I would like to exercise daily and would like a gym membership so I can use the pool, but I am poor. One of my goals is to like exercise and to actually like eating the healthier option rather than giving in and ordering whatever because I'm already fat, so I might as well enjoy what I'm eating.


My Program:
Right now I am really working hard at eating better and writing down my food daily and hold myself accountable for all the crap I eat each day. I am trying to avoid pop and drink more water. Eat less carbs, processed foods, gmos, and sugar.
