    school starts in two days and i have hardly heard a thing from you two all summer. whats going on with you???
    my new house is finally starting to come together. we hung a lot of pictures tonight. i fell much better about it. it was trying in some ways.

    Hey ET!
    That is exactly what I was thinking. Alan and I are tryig to bike together - but he is in way way better shape than I am. So a challenge will at least mtoivate me to go when he doesn't. So thats what I'm doing Biking, skating once a week, and i guess i have to find something else too. - What will you do?

    In fact this couldn't come at a better time. Today I saw my doctor and he says I have the inherited metabolism (from 100s of years ago) of someone who needs to move all the time in order to lose half the weight of other people. So are we on?

    T- WHERE ARE YOU?????? ARE YOU GOING TO JOIN US??????? I really hope so :D

    For the challenge I don't know if we should set a weight goal per se.
    Like T - I eat right most of the time - even in terms of snacking I don't do too badly - but I have been a slug when it comes to exercising. I get out and ride by bike with Alan once or twice a week. Its a new bike - I haven't had one in almost 20 years - but I don't like to go by myself yet.

    So... do we do an exercise challenge? Do we check in everyday or every other day just to post our exercise minutes? what makes the most sense for you two based on how busy your summers will be etc. etc.
