I love walking, jogging, swimming, dancing and weight lifting.

I am the mother of an extremely active six year old who keeps me on my toes and adds to my will to live the healthiest life I can. She is a sponge and I want her to absorb my best habits and not the less healthy ones.

I'm on the Sunny Gal's team and am focused on getting back into my jeans so I don't have to go shopping. I'm mostly focused on improving my overall fitness level and reducing my blood sugars while living a life that's realistic and comfortable. I've never done well with a diet mentality. I've been an on and off sparker for years and every time I stray and come back, I realize how many lifestyle changes have really stuck.
