JOKOKO- I hope that things are well with you. It isn't easy raising a toddler at our ages, but you are doing a fantastic job. You know how I can tell? Calem's smile. What a wonderful woman you are! You pretty much saved me at a time when circumstances were at their worst. I just want to say once more- THANKS, dear friend. Love and HUGS, Laurie

Just wanted to express my sympathies on the loss of your Daughter. I know what it feels like to lose a child to Cancer also.

My step-son died March 20, 2003 for Hodgkins Disease. We watched him for three years dwindle away. Not an easy thing to do.

Thank goodness you have your grandson, who is a part of your daughter. We are unable to see our grandson, who is eleven now and is also four months younger than our daughter. Our ex-daughter-in-law is remarried and for some reason, is withholding visistation or any other information on Joshua from us. Time will heal and correct the wrongs that have been done.

Keep smiling Jokoko and enjoy the company of your grandson, who by the way is quite the little cutie!!!

Hi ! You may not remember me but I am Angelbunny and you wrote me about a year ago when I first joined At that time I was needing encouragement in any shape or form because I was fighting a loosing battle that was going on inside of me. Since then I am glad to report to you that I have stopped all chemo and radiation and have been taking herbs for over a year with excellent results. My cancer is gone! The doctors can't explain it and keep looking for a way to understand it but I know it was a miracle from God so I need no explanation really. The Lord has saved my life for whatever reason but I intend to take good care of myself and keep fighting for a cure for cancer and do the work people like you and your husband so diligently participate in at the relay's. Take care and have a Happy Holiday!

JOKOKO- We did "lose" at the custody battle, but since these people are not kind, I will be fighting for custody until my last breath. I am SO THANKFUL that Caleb wound up with you. You are a wonderful family for him. Love and HUGS to you and yours, Laurie
