    Thanks for the update! I do most of my working out in a pool, wish I could walk 5 miles, great job and keep it up. emoticon As for the bowling, I love bowling too. I have been out of it now for 6 years but would love to start up again. I was in the ABA for a few years, however, has my weight went up my release suffered since I had to go around so much of myself, lol... Then it was my knees followed by my back, thus I just stopped and gave up all my bowling balls, shoes, bags, etc... and took up darts, then as the weight kept piling on, I couldn't stand long enough without my knees and back giving out. Thus, no more darts.

    emoticon on the up coming wedding in June. What day did you two pick? As for your kids, do you have boys or girls? Those are 2 excellent reasons to get healthier. emoticon
