I am in the Team
"2021 Summer 5% Challenge ~ Determined Daisies"
the "50 plus for all " team and many other teams, but my favourite is Determined Daisy's. Sprint

I am sad sparks is closing down and as I am Canadian will not be able to join.
I have enjoyed all the teams that I have been part of over the years and always have been able to find lots of information and wonderful people.
But always like my "Determined Daisies".

I want to be healthier & happier, in 2021.

I will participate on my team until Sparks closes it's doors to everyone outside of the United States.

I had a left knee replacement November 1, 2018 and 6 months later on April 25, 2019 I had my right knee replaced.
I am so glad I had them replaced, no more arthritis pain and I can walk with no pain. Before covid-19 I had water aerobics 2 times a week, but now the pools are closed.

I also ride a stationary bike 15 minutes to 30 minutes a day. I did walk for about 30 minutes during my lunch break with a friend at work, but since covid-19 I have been working from home.
I have been walking everyday now and my goal is 10,000 steps a day. Most days I am making it.
My weight is gradually going down. Yes!!!

My goal is I to lose lbs. and be within the normal BMI and be healthy as well as to feel great. I want to retire a round the end of 2021.

I have had high cholesterol and my vitamin D is too low, so I need to work on this and watch my food intake.
My doctor checks vitamin D and cholesterol numbers regularly.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose lbs. and be within the normal BMI and be healthy as well as feel great.
Sparks is a great way to meet people and learn how to live the best way possible. Eat well and feel well.

My Program:
Calories Eaten: Eat between 1,200 -1,500 calories per day

Calories Burned: Burn as many calories as I can per week
Exercises Plan :

- Walking: 15 - 30 min. x 3 times a day.
- Bike 10 - 15 min. a day

Personal Information:
I live in Toronto, Canada.
I have 2 children; My daughter lives far away from home in Western Canada, and my son lives quite near and is an electrical red seal journeyman.
I have a step son who is married they have 2 boys ages 6 and 3
