So I've been on Spark before. One time I was pretty serious about it. I then gained some weight back and tried to rejoin it several times. Now I'm heavier than the heaviest I was when I joined Spark the first time. I'm not one of those people who can half ass this. I'm not one of those girls and I'll never be one of those girls who can weigh 110 pounds and eat a double cheeseburger and large fries and have nothing happen. My metabolism is slow, I have obesity in my family, and the odds are against me. That just means I have to work harder. And I intend to.

    Hi Linda. I'm adding you and will try and stop by your blog at least once a week. I'm spending a lot of time doing yard work so not as much computer time which is why it probably won't be more often than that. I'll be cheering you on even when I don't get a chance to stop by.
