    Hi LSUNGRN,

    My name is Lee, Leader of the Ideal Shape up Challenge, you just joined. I want to emoticon you to the team.

    What I do is try to find good workouts for everyone to do & post it for you to check out.
    We're all pretty much on our own here. As you can see, the team is small.

    If you checked out the videos I posted, they're different workouts.
    I have to be honest /W/ you I'm not around all the time. I try to find workouts couple times a month & post a few all at once.

    This way everyone can look at the list & choose the one they want to do.

    If you go down & check the very 1st one I posted that's the actual Shape up Ideal 12 week challenge. Which is a awesome workout. Consists of a few exercise circuits. Takes about 20 minutes to do. I really shaped up doing this challenge. You can workout along /W/ the girls. This is great & the trainer Lindsey Mathews explains everything. So if you can commit to 12 weeks, that's great. Otherwise as you can see, there are quite a bunch of workouts to choose from. emoticon emoticon

    If you like kettle bell workouts they're R a few.
    Good luck & remember, try to be consistent /W/ exercises & eat clean foods. Don't forget your cardio. Walking is always best. Add some lunges, squats, step ups, dips, push-ups if a bench is around & crunches along the way when walking. I add these all the time
