SparkPeople's Official Spark Your Body Bootcamp
(7-day workout plan, with Monday through Friday having 30 minutes of cardio of our choice):

Sunday: Jump Start Cardio Workout
Monday: 8-Minute Lower Body Ball Workout
Tuesday: 8-Minute Upper Body workout with Ball
Wednesday: 5-Minute Core Workout with Ball
Thursday: 10-Minute Lower Body Workout
Friday: 6-Minute Upper Body Workout with Ball
Saturday: 15-Minute Abs Workout

Sunday, 01/03/10:
This is my third bootcamp and I'm so glad it's finally begun! Sunday's workout is probably one of the most challenging of the cardio workout videos; but, that's okay. I'm sure, like was the case with the other bootcamps, I'll see improvements as the days turn into weeks. I'm not sure I'll do that video as part of my 30-minute daily cardio; but, one of my goals will be to do it at least two other days during the week!


May 3, 2009:
SparkPeople's Sweatsuit to Swimsuit Bootcamp has begun. I'm looking forward to doing some different exercises from those in the New You Bootcamp. The New You Bootcamp helped me get into an exercise routine; I'm hoping this bootcamp will break me out of my plateau.

Here's the basic routine for Sunday through Saturday, plus we're to add at least 30 minutes of cardio Monday through Friday:

Day 1: 10-minute Cardio Kickboxing Workout.
Day 2: 8-minute Lower Body Workout w/ Band Video.
Day 3: Seated Upper Body Band Workout.
Day 4: Crunchless Core Workout.
Day 5: 5-Minute Lower Body Band Workout.
Day 6: 7-Minute Upper Body Workout with Band Video.
Day 7: Pilates Abs Workout Video.

I decided that the Sweatsuit to Swimsuit bootcamp is worth repeating; so, here I go for another month.

August 12, 2009
I've been sticking to the Sweatsuit to Swimsuit bootcamp, making the workouts part of my scheduled fitness plan. I've also added upper and lower body strength exercises to the routine; I can certainly tell the difference!

SparkPeople's New YOU Bootcamp Program
(Sunday through Saturday; repeated weekly,
along with at least 30 minutes of cardio daily):
Day 1: 10-minute cardio kickboxing workout.
Day 2: 7-minute lower body workout.
Day 3: 8-minute upper body workout.
Day 4: 10-minute core workout.
Day 5: 9-minute lower body workout.
Day 6: 8-minute upper body workout.
Day 7: 9-minute core workout.

I'm doing it! And, I'm getting better at the exercises! I've even added other exercises to the workout!!!!! WooHoo!!!!!
