    I have read one of her books, though it was a while ago.

    I try to food combine pretty strictly, but need to improve (im a perfectionist). I also think I'm eating too many bananas... cause of the adrenal fatigue. Whats your stand on high consumptions of sweet fruits?

    I'm trying to be relaxed with the raw rules I've got set because I've only been raw 5 days. By the end of the 30 days (cause I plan to continue raw), I want to be eating mono meals, organic, and more greens/less same old sweets.

    I'd love your support and guidance :)

    Peggy, thanks for the warm welcome. I joined SparkPeople when we lost our WW "at work" group due to lack of enrollment. We got down to 10, so....there we were.
