Missing you my Sparks friend, hope everything is going great with you and your family. I've eliminated some Spark teams and joined others. Recently, accepted co-leader job with W8Watchers Superb Healthy Recipes. I'm still working on my weight loss, with the up's and downs of weight. Coming up June 2nd Surgery at Duke to repair my body. Listen to my Dr advise. Spring is soon gone and summer is knocking at our doors. Planting perennials flowers and enjoying my " retired" days. Take care of yourself.

    Hi Renee,
Thank you for the welcome! Hi Kara,
I don't make it to this site very often. I would like to spend more time here but time just won't permit right now. Thanks for the info., I do get totally lost.
Hope you are doing well, I have released 17.5 lbs in two months so I am thrilled. Even better than that I am learning that I don't have to think about food or how I am going to eat without gaining weight all the time so I am thinking clearer and enjoying my life more.
I love to garden but all I have for veggies right now is tomatoes. Bugs keep eating my spinach and my squash plants are still small. I have four cherry trees, two peach trees, an apricot, pear, apple and nectarine trees. The peach trees, pear, nectarine and apple are all loaded right now. I have been eating the peaches, they are great! I had to thin all the fruit so much and I still have broken branches because of the abundance of fruit. Hopefully next year I will have a complete garden. I also love flower gardening and landscape design. Nice to have your welcome, I will try to figure out the gardening "organization" one of these days. Thanks, Cecilia
    Have a wonderful Sunday! Cecilia

Ranasita, Thank you for the nice welcome. I was so happy today to actually have some peas to pick in my garden. Boy, it seems to have really taken off in the last few days. I guess that's what 24 hours of sunlight will do. I see you are from Arkansas, I've never been but heard it's beautiful. Happy Gardening. Sue
