    I have NEVER in my life thought about let alone done it - I held that stinking plank for 1 minute & 50 seconds today - not 45 seconds...50 seconds! I can't wait to see how I do on the 2 minute hold tomorrow.

    I must say too... My abs are looking good! emoticon emoticon
    I can really see the Ab definition now in the sides. I love that dimple look! emoticon

    Do you have another one of these planned for March????? emoticon

    How's the Fab Ab challenge going on your end?

    I am proud to say I accomplished the 1-1/2 minute plank hold this morning! emoticon I've been doing the sit-ups as crunches on my stability ball. I feel the burn! I pulled a muscle in my neck this morning so....we'll see how push-ups go tomorrow as the pain has moved into my shoulder!

    Hey! Thanks for the goodie. It's nice to be back! Our nights are still long with multiple feedings. That pretty much saps my motivation to get up early and run. I just have to keep reminding myself that it won't last. Eventually, the baby WILL sleep! :)
