    OMWord! I did the cardio-sculpt today after Zumba and I have rug burns on my elbows from my yoga mat! Never have had that happen before! emoticon

    We did a 1-minute plank & I rocked it out today! And TONS of sit-ups. I do need to get in my push-up count, we didn't do those today for some reason...

    Alright you've lit a spark under my butt! emoticon

    I have my ST calendar all ready made up & ready to go! I have done 45 push-ups already today so I am good on that part. I just have to add in my sit-ups and plank hold. B-R-I-N-G I-T ON!

    I like the idea of a Sunday break. Gives me a chance to rest up after Saturday! I'll be double hit with the challenge and I do Zumba & cardio-sculpt that morning too! Feel the burn.
