It all started in 2012 when I stumbled upon this site, I was amazed but I didn't come out the gate running, I lagged but the support of SparkPeople inspired me into action. Slowly, I became more active then progressed into a beast losing 70+ pounds with no aids of any kind. Fast forward to now : I've finally lost the extra weight, I'm 25 pounds away from my goal weight of 150, it wasn't easy but I was consistent yet persistent . Now, I can tighten and tone. I eat and snack healthy, regularly. I also exercise daily. We can do it. It's up to you! S.M...5-21-21

Fitness Minutes: 164,992

My Goals:
Perseverance is my motivation. I'm allowing Active Annie full control of my fitness : 70 minutes cardio ; 60 minutes of other activities ( strength training, yoga, resistance training, pilates, kickboxing or cross fit ). Overall, I'm seeking progress not perfection.

My Program:
Eat according to my meal plan. Exercise 5-6 days every week, no exceptions. Drink more water and track every drop. Journal most days. Remain positive and enjoy every moment. To continue loving me just as I am and to understand that things don't always go according to plan.

Personal Information:
I stepped back, looked at myself and now I have me all figured out. I discovered my calorie and fitness needs through so much trial and error, I'm ready to apply it .

Other Information:
I believe that drive, focus desire & determination are the keys to success once you get your mind on board.
I SURVIVED a sugar addiction and now I have the control because God is able Who enables me, I'm so grateful & thankful :-)
