    You had asked me about consistency. Probably the biggest thing was not only putting my goals in writing, but also why I wanted them... what did I want from it. For example, I wanted to look great, more ENERGY, strength and to set a good example for others around me. These things help. The other thing that helps if I am tempted to slack, I've had friends and family workout, look great and feel great. Then... they stop. They gain weight and are miserable and it is a battle to get back to where they were and they have a ton of regrets. I just keep reminding myself that I don't want to have regrets, I don't want to feel the way they do. So, I've just made a decision that this is my lifestyle and it is a priority for me. I also pay attention to how great I feel when I exercise and how crappy I feel when I skip a few days. All this contributes to my consistency.

    One oberservation that I have, I'm not sure that you have 15 pounds to lose. Worry less about the number on the scale and more about how your body looks. You could potentially benefit from more muscle, and you might really like the results, but you may not lose a single pound. Just something to keep in mind.
