Greetings and Namaste!

A year later I am updating this and this still rings true! Rollercoaster up and down..I am either on or off....this is now the time! So... I have faced the music of the scale and am back after a long lapse of being present on Spark People with high motivation to create a more healthy self ! My spiraling weight gain has reached a limit and so today I declare positive changes with increased activity and healthy food choices!

I live in Germany and enjoy travel,swimming, hiking, camping, exploring new places and cultures, being out in nature, reading, walks with my sweet dog, live music and festivals. Wishing you peace and lightness to your step today!

Fitness Minutes: 8,013

My Goals:
1. Fit in my clothes- I lost 67 pounds a few yrs back, gave my clothes away, and 60 are back-hmmm---so...2.5 pounds a week- baby steps!

2. Reduce abdominal fat for health- flab be gone!

3. Move. move, move!!! Metabolism be jazzed !

4. Keep a personal journal and replace negative self talk with positive affirmations

My Program:
1. Plan meals, eat more veggies and avoid sugar and processed foods.

2.Walk or do yoga 5 x week.

3.Water, water, water.

4. Daily postive self talk and gratitude journal.

5. Accountability to self..track everything and plan meals.

6. Implement a mindfulness -deep breathing routine- starting point 5 min per day

Other Information:
I love to travel, hike, learn about other cultures, and am trying to grow a green thumb this summer to have fresh veggies!
