    Love soba noodles! Polenta needs spice like a good spicy marinara sauce with lots of roasted mushrooms and/or eggplant. I too need to get more beans although it seems like I have hummus most every day. I have added oily fish back into my diet (sardines and mackerel), eat them a couple of times a week. I just felt like I wasn't getting the nutrients I needed and I don't believe in taking a pack of supplements if real food can do the trick.
