    This is a wonderfully supportive and inspirational community that can help you, grow with you, and learn with you on your journey. If you haven't already, I suggest taking a look at teams and the challenges (if you use the app exclusively, you can only participate in teams on the main website). The best advice I ever got on this site was to become active and stay engaged. When you create bonds with team members, friends, and chat members you are less likely to give up. Not to mention the great support they can give you when you need a little nudge in the right place! :)

    Well I just started so I'm basicly doing one step at a time but I'm doing lots of water and veggies. I do a shake for lunch.
