Day 2 going great shopping list and detox day with mma core de force and weights. Feeling good! Just got my message now back to work! Hoping I can get a walk in this afternoon! If I don't burn out

Today's goals are going well! Although, trying to get back on my running schedule was torture. 4 min walk 1 min run for 3 sets. Up hill 🥵 but feeling good. Chicken salad for lunch! 🥰
Yoga and intense aerobic session accomplished! Healthy eating! Bf oats, lunch garden salad dinner stuff turkey tenderloin with spinach and laughing cow and Sriracha

Plant based nuggets and kale salad for lunch. Wasnt to bad. Been on the Daniel fast journey today is my 9th day. I feel excited and lighter mentally and physically! 😉😇

Chile relleno no meat or cheese. Stuffed with whole wheat couscous breading made with whole wheat flour and soy milk. Coconut oil. Red chile and calabacitas and corn.
So many great plant based products its easy to eat vegan on this Daniel Fast. Feeling blessed and full filled. Day 17
