I've been really stuck for about a week. I attended my family reunion, and over are a little. It's time for me to get back on track!
I lost 2 pounds in the last week and I'm back on track after my vacation.
I'm on my birthday vacation weekend, and eating way to much. I'll just have to see what the damage is when I get home.
I weighed in today and I lost another pound. I'm only 1 pound away from my goal weight.
