making progress

hey everybody thought i'd let you all know that my start weight wasn't what i thought it was i had a set of scales that was lying to me but on1/28/08 i weighed 132.8 at the docs office(instead of 123) since then i got a new weight watchers scale and this a.m. i weighed 125.6 my waist is now at 30" and i fell great with the progress i have made another thing i've done is increased my activity level by 100% cus the last year i wasn't what i consider active at all now i'm exercising daily even if its just cleaning and strength i try to do something everyday (usually its more than an hour total) i'm keeping my calories in between 900-1200 which is lower thansp suggests but its healthy food and its working no i haven't given up my pepsi and i refuse to give up anything what will work for happy living is moderation moderation moderation and of course i have my off-days which usually puts me up into sp's calorie range but for now this is whats working so i'm sticking with it til it doesn't work then i will try something else what i call mixin it up but i also do that on a daily basis anyhow helps to keep the boredom away which hopefully will keep me from failing it was awful to find out i weighed more than i thought i did but it was nice finding out that the scale did move in all those weeks my old one didn't

    How great to weigh less then you thought. That is wonderful! Thank you so much for your comment on my page. I know once it warms up I'll get lots more exercise and that will help lots but it is frustrating right now. Have a great week!
