Back on track...

Decide it's about time I get back on track. After a very difficult and stressful winter, and spring, I wound up in Mississippi, staying with my oldest daughter. I progressed in reverse until June, when I weighed 220 pounds. Ugh!
As of today, I am back to 208 and still losing. Thanks to my grandson's love of kicking a ball around the yard for 20 minutes, followed by a one mile walk, I have a fitness program, of sorts. ;)
I did find that I had several vitamin deficiencies that were affecting my ability to think clearly. I now take a women's health vitamin blend that seems to be reversing the mental fog and the grey hair.
