Been A While ...

It's been a month since I posted a blog, I guess it's about time. I've been "stuck" on 170 pounds for 3 weeks. I'm 5 pounds short of my original goal but I believe I want to lost an additional 10 to 15 pounds more. I have also changed my workout routine and am concentrating more on toning, if I lose some additional weight in the process then great. If not, I'm pretty happy with the size I am now, and I feel great.

Thanks to SP and all it's great members for the support and encouragement, I could not have done this without it !!

    Though you slowed down this last month, you still have a good monthly average going since joining SP (11-12 pounds a month); a lot better than most of your other team members! Congratulations on losing 82 pounds! Everyone certainly can see the weight loss in the pictures that you've posted on your page. How about posting a current one, one that shows the difference since the June photo.

    I've been stuck on 177, or I should say wavering between 172 and 177 for the last month; thankfully, more times than not, it's closer to the lower end. Once I know the weight scale is showing the same weight for at least five days in a row, I'll change my ticker; but, in the meantime, I'm pleased with the weight that I've lost. I know that this journey to a healthier lifestyle means concentrating on nutrition, exercise, water, and sleep; I haven't been as faithful in my workout routine as you and do need to concentrate more in this area. (There's been a big change in my whole "living" routine this last month, as I now have my fifteen-month-old granddaughter and daughter-in-law staying with us. Things are starting to settle down now and I plan on doing my exercise program first thing in morning; hopefully, with a steady exercise routine, the scale will start showing a drop again.)

    Again, congratulations on how well you've done!

    Congratulations! Wish I was that close. I stayed at one weight for 2 months. Just couldn't seem to get scale moving. Then one week I lost 4 lb. Of course that stopped too. But I'll get there. Depending on how fast I lose I need 15 or 25. Got to get to 200 before the end of year, then I can be "lifetime" at WW. Then I can continue to lose.
